Hi everyone, I’m Nikki Lovegrove and Kerry has kindly handed me the reins. You can read more about the transfer and about me in the last blog Under New Ownership. Kerry had notified everyone at end of March 2026 that she was closing the business and asked anyone with current orders and gift vouchers to step forward so that they could be fulfilled.
I’ve now updated the terms and conditions and added the following information to add clarity. If you have a legacy order or gift voucher, you must get contact us ASAP please. Please don’t message Kerry privately as you’ll be directed back to my team and I (we are mums so we appreciated your patience; just give us a nudge if you don’t hear within a couple of days please).
I teach this for a living and want to treat clients how I’d wish to be treated myself. At the same time, please understand that when I bought the business, Kerry had given everyone a grace period of over a month to send in your inclusions. If you have an order for a solid gold item from several years ago, due to the fluctuations in gold prices, you may need to top up the payment to cover supplies.
Finally, if Kerry had your milk, then I now have your milk. I’m happy to make new pieces for anyone with a little discount for existing clients where we already have the milk. I’m happy to honour repairs at a low cost or free where I can.
9.11 Order Fulfillment & Change of Ownership

Effective Date of Transition: Management and ownership of Precious By Kerry officially transferred on Friday, 29th May 2026 to Keepsaker Ltd. Prior to this, Kerry had decided to close and had given six weeks’ notice to legacy clients to honour any existing orders.

Cancellation of Legacy Orders: All orders placed prior to the ownership transfer that do not meet the “Recent Order” criteria below are hereby cancelled. The current ownership is under no obligation to fulfill, refund, or honor orders placed with the previous entity.

Honouring Recent Orders: As a gesture of goodwill, orders placed within the six (6) months prior to 29th May 2026 will be honoured by the new management, subject to the following strict conditions:

Required Action: Customers must send all necessary inclusions (materials, documentation, or items required to complete the order) to the new designated business address (contact us to ensure the inclusions are packaged correctly before asking for the address).

Deadline: All inclusions must be received by the new management within one (1) month of the takeover date (no later than Monday, 29th June 2026).

Forfeiture: Any orders placed within the six-month window that do not have their inclusions delivered to the correct address by the deadline will be deemed abandoned and will not be fulfilled.

Address Verification: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure inclusions are sent to the newly updated business address. Precious By Kerry is not responsible for items sent to previous locations or addresses associated with the former ownership. To get the correct address, please contact us so that we can ensure your precious inclusions are packaged correctly. This is because we have already had inclusions such as breastmilk sent without any accompanying details!
9.12 Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards

Validity Period: All gift vouchers and gift cards are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

Change of Ownership: In the event of a change in company ownership, management, or branding, all valid gift vouchers issued prior to the transition will continue to be honored, provided they are presented within twelve (12) months of their original purchase date and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Expiration: On the expiry date, any unused balance will be forfeited and the voucher will become void. We are under no obligation to remind you of an upcoming expiry date, and extensions will not be granted.

Redemption & Balances: Gift vouchers can be used as full or partial payment for eligible goods or services. If a purchase does not consume the entire balance of the voucher, the remaining change will be retained on the voucher and can be used for future purchases within the original 12-month validity period.

Non-Refundable: Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used to purchase additional gift vouchers.
