Hi everyone, my name’s Nikki Lovegrove and I’m so excited to meet you all. Many of you already know that Kerry decided to retire earlier in the year, but you might not have seen that instead of closing down Precious by Kerry, she’s handed the reins to me.

Supporting Each Other

Kerry and I have been friends for about a decade, having met in our early days making keepsake jewellery in the early 2010’s. We met in groups on Facebook dedicated to helping each other make breastmilk jewellery. We were both breastfeeding advocates and got on like a house on fire. When my daughter Lexi was born, Kerry sent a beautiful crochet doll that Lexi calls Mooney and cherishes. We’ve helped one another with our businesses and stayed friends (and will continue to stay friends!).

Nikki’s Experience – Under New Ownership

I own two other websites, my first being Tree of Opals where I’ve been making breastmilk, ashes and hair jewellery since 2015. I was even on This Morning with Holly and Phil. I was always super active in the keepsake jewellery communities so I started adding tutorials on YouTube to help my friends. They asked, “where do you buy your supplies?” to which I answered, “I make them myself!” and I was inundated with requests. So I started selling silicone moulds and handmade ring settings on a separate website Keepsaker Supplies. We also have an Etsy page.

I’ve done lampworking and precious metal clay before, so Kerry was able to show me very quickly how she does the pieces. I’m an experienced goldsmith, with lots of lovely tools like a lathe, MOPA fiber laser and hydraulic press, so with the addition of all of Kerry’s beautiful tools and supplies, and a new shop opening in Monmouth (once we sort out the flood damage) we’ll be up and running again soon.

About Nikki

I’m an ABM breastfeeding peer supporter and I’m a single mum with three daughters. I’m full time mum, full time carer to Hannah (my middle daughter) and the businesses will always come second to my little girls. I don’t think any of you will expect any different! I’m also autistic (not that I like the “functioning” labels but I have a good IQ and usually get along ok) but because of this, I’m not too great at customer service so I leave it all up to my admin manager Joanna. I’ll introduce you to her in another blog and tell you more about the shop and the team soon.

I can’t wait to show you all what I can offer and please make sure you send in your inclusions for existing orders by the end of June 2026 if you’d like me to honour existing orders. All orders over six months have been marked as completed. If you can’t post in, please get in touch ASAP if you’d like to still keep your payment as store credit! Please note the new address is in Monmouth but NEVER send without a kit and order number. We receive dozens a week and have a special tracking system or we don’t know whose is whose.
