Your collection pack will be posted out to you within one week of purchase. You will receive a return addressed bubble pack, container for the appropriate components, a ring sizer or measuring tape for bracelets and instructions for return.
Our jewellery is handmade, and although we will endeavour to replicate your jewellery to the sample you chose, there will be slight differences in appearance. Please also note that the colouring of your jewellery may not always be exactly as it appears online. If you have any special colour requests, please ensure you note this on the order form or get in touch with me, and I will see if I can cater to your needs
